This page does one narrow thing: it records verified entry pricing on a specific date, and keeps the old readings. Over time that becomes something no other page in this category has — an actual record of how pricing in a fast-moving category has moved, and which vendors change terms most often.

A first year publishing one app realistically runs $150–500 all in, not the $25 on the pricing page.
Reading the sticker price correctly
The headline number is close to meaningless in this category, because the metering models differ so much.
The multiplier nobody quotes: failed attempts still cost you. On every metered tool here, a prompt the AI misunderstands consumes allowance exactly like one it gets right. If your average change takes two to three attempts — which is what users consistently describe — your effective cost per useful change is two to three times the apparent one.
On Rork's $25 tier, 100 messages is realistically 30 to 50 useful changes a month.
Rollover matters more than the headline. Rork's messages do not roll over. Sources conflict on Lovable's, so we mark it disputed rather than guess. Bolt, Replit and v0 do not roll over. Over a year, a non-rolling allowance you only half-use is a meaningful hidden premium.
Metering unit changes the risk profile. Per-message pricing (Rork) punishes iteration on small fixes, since a one-word change costs the same as a feature. Token pricing (Bolt) roughly tracks the size of what you asked for. Neither is better in the abstract; per-message is worse if you tinker.

Do not choose on price. All the mobile-capable options cluster at $25–39, and the difference between them is nothing next to whether the tool can produce what you actually need.
The order of questions that matters:
- Does it produce a native mobile app? Lovable and v0 do not. This eliminates half the market instantly if you need an App Store listing.
- Can you handle the publishing path? Rork handles it in-product. Bolt needs command-line steps. That distinction decides more outcomes than price does.
- Then, and only then, price.
